Are we sure that’s holly wheeler??? Seems weird that she would be standing next to a human version of vecna. What if it’s someone from the past (Mrs wheeler, there were rumors and stuff that she was his sister or something) and they’ve brought her into the future or something??? Like maybe that scene with “holly” and vecna was a flashback

THEORY!! what if the kids are trying to re create the nina project but for will instead of el... they use will to find out more things about vecna by forcing will to re live his time in the upside down... this would explain why we got the image of him in his current age lay down in the upside down just as el was in the rainbow room... BUT vecna manages to break through and starts tormenting will and blocking the memories...
